Shipping Policy
All Australian orders are shipped by Australia Post. Where possible Express Post will be used.
International orders are only shipped to New Zealand, America, Canada, United Kingdom & Europe.
All orders are processed (not delivered) within 24 hours of your payment being approved.
In order for SweetnCheeky to offer a large selection of lingerie it is not possible for us to have all our items in stock. Items in stock will be delivered when payment has been approved. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of your order if the item/s are in stock.
Delivery may take up to 28 days due to stock availability. If there are going to be delays with your order SweetnCheeky will contact you.

While every effort is made to ensure a timely delivery of your order, unavoidable and unforseen delays can occur.
You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
Substitution Policy
SweetnCheeky will not substitute a different style, size or cost item unless requested .
Can I have my package delivered to where I work or my P.O. Box?
Yes you can specify where you would like your order to be sent. Additional information regarding your order can be made in the "Comments" section on the order form.
Discreet, Private, Plain-Box Delivery
All orders are shipped in a plain packaging, Nothing on the box or package will indicate what is inside.
Returns/Exchange Policy
We are unable to offer any exchange or refunds, with exception of a 10 day refund/exchange policy if the product you purchase is faulty or defective in anyway.
We do not offer refunds because you have changed your mind.
Return or exchange of products will only be considered if the following criteria is met:
(a) The items must be in original, NEW condition. This includes any packaging and swing tags to be attached. If the swing tags are removed, there will be no exchange.
(b) The products have not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway.
(c) If you are exchanging a lingerie set, then you must not try the item on skin-on-skin.
(d) You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item/s that you need to refund or exchange. An authorisation number needs to be provided prior to returning the item. We must receive the item within 10 business days of your notification.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Stockings & Pantyhose cannot be exchanged.
Due to health regulations and the intimate nature of lingerie we do not accept returns/exchanges for any items that include a G-String, Thong or Panty.
SweetnCheeky reserves the right to deny any exchange/refund if any of the above points are not adhered to.
